Hello everyone! We are Ricky and Max, two lucky persons who have the privilege of calling the beautiful Valle Intelvi our home. Here, surrounded by the majesty of the mountains and the tranquility of Lake Como, we have fallen head over heels for a true gem: our charming Liberty Villa.
Our passion for the timeless charm of this historic residence has inspired us to embark on an extraordinary adventure. Together, we enthusiastically dedicate ourselves to restoring the villa to its former glory, preserving and enhancing every detail that tells its captivating story.
However, our hearts also beat for hospitality. We have always loved opening the doors of our home to others, sharing the beauty and positive energy that Valle Intelvi has to offer. sentiero delle espressioni
The Sentiero delle Espressioni in Valle Intelvi, was born in 2014 from a collaboration between ERSAF (Regional Forestry Authority), the municipality of Schignano and the Maschera Association which created sculptures carved in the wood of the bark and tree trunks. The Path of Expressions in the Intelvi Valley winds through the Intelvi Valley Forest on a magical journey that combines art and nature. From Schignano follow the signs for Posa where you can leave your car. From here you follow the path up to Alpe Nava (about 20 minutes), the starting point of the Sentiero delle Espressioni. From Alpe Nava you walk to Alpe Comana, where there is a lake and a farmhouse. Here begins a climb that leads to the top of Monte Comana (1210 m), a fabulous panoramic point over Lake Como. Finally, you continue through the woods up to Colma di Binate.

Il Balcone D'Italia! Una delle località più belle d'Italia, eletto “Luogo del Cuore” del FAI, rappresenta il fiore all'occhiello della Val d'Intelvi.
Nelle giornate terse dalla Sighignola potrete ammirare un panorama spettacolare, soprattutto guardando ad ovest, dove la vista spazia dal vicino Ceresio fino alle Alpi. La cima più alta visibile è quella del Monte Rosa, ma si intravede anche il Cervino.
